Authenticity Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
At SkinSeoul, we are committed to offering only 100% authentic Korean skincare products. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Korea and are sourced exclusively from authorized distributors or brand partners. Our Authenticity Guarantee is designed to give you total confidence when shopping with us.
Guarantee Coverage
If you believe you have received a counterfeit product from SkinSeoul, we will refund 3 times the full purchase price of the affected item.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Authenticity Guarantee:
- The product must have been purchased directly from www.skin-seoul.com.
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- You must retain the original product, packaging, and receipt or order confirmation for verification purposes.
How to File a Claim
Please contact us at support@skin-seoul.com with the following:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Clear photos of the product and packaging and written explanation outlining the basis of your authenticity concern
Our customer service team will review your submission and respond within 5 business days. Additional information may be requested to validate your claim.
Conditions & Exclusions
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.
- The product must not be used beyond reasonable testing (no more than 10% of the product volume).
- The guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction with product performance or allergic reactions — only concerns regarding authenticity.
Refund Details
If your claim is approved, SkinSeoul will:
- Process a refund of 3 times the product’s original purchase price (excluding shipping fees)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days
SkinSeoul reserves the right to investigate all claims, refuse refund requests that lack adequate proof, and modify or terminate this guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
