At SkinSeoul, we are committed to offering only 100% authentic Korean skincare products. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Korea and are sourced exclusively from authorized distributors or brand partners. Our Authenticity Guarantee is designed to give you total confidence when shopping with us.

Guarantee Coverage

If you believe you have received a counterfeit product from SkinSeoul, we will refund 3 times the full purchase price of the affected item.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Authenticity Guarantee:

  1. The product must have been purchased directly from www.skin-seoul.com.
  2. The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  3. You must retain the original product, packaging, and receipt or order confirmation for verification purposes.
