Price Match Guarantee - Terms & Conditions

At SkinSeoul, we want you to shop with confidence. If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized online retailer, we’ll match it. See full terms below.

Eligibility

1. Product must be identical – same brand, size, model, and packaging.
2. Authorized retailers only – excludes marketplaces like eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, auction sites, and wholesale clubs.
3. Price match must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of your purchase.

Request Process

• Submit proof of the lower price (URL and screenshot) as well as your order number to support@skin-seoul.com.
• We will verify and respond within 5 business days, and if the price match is deemed eligible, we will refund you in SkinSeoul credit.

Exclusions

• Clearance, flash sales, promotional bundles, or “buy one get one” offers.
• Prices from subscription/membership-based pricing programs.
• Out-of-stock or discontinued items at the competitor’s site.

Limitations

• One price match per product, per customer.
• Cannot be combined with discount codes, coupons, or other offers.
• We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.
